She has a younger sister, Sinead. In 2012, she became the second woman ever to receive the So You Think You Are Funny award. Bea is her surname to honor her late father. Aisling Cliodhnadh O'Sullivan is the daughter of a Kildare woman who was born in Kildare. Her birth date was in March 16, 1984. Bea's father Brian died when he was just three years old.
