Alicia Malone

Alicia was hired by FilmStruck which is an TCM streaming service, in the year 2015. Malone made recordings of Robert Osborne and Ben Mankiewicz's openings in order to practice reading them in front the camera ahead of her TCM hosting audition. After she appeared at the auditions in 2017, the Turner Classic Movies network hired her the next year. Malone talked about the difficulties that women face to face in the field of film during two separate TEDx speech.
